General rental conditions
Requirements to rent
To collect the vehicle, present a valid driving licence (held at least 2 years), a passport or ID, and a means of payment. Minimum age: 23. Originals are not kept.
Rental duration
Duration is calculated in 24-hour periods from pickup time, with a 3-hour tolerance after which a new day is charged. Any extension requires our prior agreement.
Vehicle condition and use
The vehicle is delivered clean and in good working order. Any visible damage must be noted on the contract at departure. Use on paved roads only (except 4x4); leaving Morocco requires written authorisation.
Payment
The total cost is known at booking, with no surprise on delivery. Depending on the method chosen, payment is made online (card/PayPal), in cash, by card on site, or by bank transfer. The deposit is paid on site at key handover.
Insurance and liability
All our vehicles are fully insured. Where the renter is liable, an excess remains payable. No insurance claim is possible without an accident report or police statement.
Cancellation
You may cancel until vehicle pickup. More than 48h before: full refund of any deposit paid. Less than 48h: conditions specified at booking. No-show: no refund.
Rate: included / not included
Included: unlimited mileage, comprehensive insurance with excess, 24/7 assistance, delivery and collection within Marrakech. Not included: fines and penalties, for which the renter remains solely responsible.
Privacy protection
Information collected is used solely to process your booking and is not shared with third parties. Payment data is handled by a secure provider and is neither stored nor transmitted by us.

Is vehicle delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free to the airport, hotel or your home in Marrakech. For other cities, a surcharge applies depending on distance.
Which documents do I need to collect the vehicle?
The driving licence of the driver(s) and a copy of the main driver's passport.
Is the insurance comprehensive?
Yes, with an excess payable if you are at fault in an accident. It also covers the driver and passengers.
Can I extend my current rental?
Of course. Just contact us by email or phone to get our agreement and settle the additional amount.
How do I book a car?
Fill in the booking form on the site. You receive an availability confirmation quickly; your vehicle is then held for the chosen dates.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is possible until vehicle pickup. See the cancellation terms in our conditions.
Can I book on the same day?
Yes, up to a few hours before departure, subject to the car categories still available.
